| The
KM201 is a studio quality true condenser
microphone of very durable construction. Its modular design allows the
use of the following polar patterns:
cardioid (comes along with the microphone as a standard cardioid pattern
head), omnidirectional and supercardioid heads (ordered optionally). For
the occasions of frequent replacement of the microphone heads, the advanced
spring contact cup design and the head guiding gutter of the microphone
preamplifier module prevent the heads contact pin from scratches
and the threads from cross threading. The microphones wide range
frequency response has been tuned to accurately reproduce the sound of
any string or brass, ambience acoustic, voice, drums and percussion. The
microphones small dimensions make it possible to position the microphone
in relation to the sound source at any angle and in any situation.
